Joan is a member of the internal Americas Coaching Practice at EY (Ernst & Young), one of the “Big Four” global professional services firms.  She is a trainer and facilitator as well as an executive coach, with extensive experience working with teams.  She coaches both new and more senior EY partners and leads the COE (Center of Excellence) for EY’s highest performing teams methodology in the Americas.  

Joan has been a professionalcoach for over 20 years and for 10 of them ran an executive coaching practice that became international in scope. She is a founding member of ICF (the International Coach Federation)and has held its Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential since 1998.  She also holds both an MBA and an MA in Human Resource Management andwas proud to share in the ICF Prism Award Honorable Mention awarded to EY in 2017.
